Daniel Boria has been charged with mischief for tying more than 100 colorful balloons to a chair and flying over the city of Calgary. He described the adventure as "the most surreal experience you can ever imagine."
The 26-year-old said at one point he looked up and saw some of his 110 helium-filled balloons popping and the $20 chair he was sitting on shaking.
He then looked down to see a 747 taking off.
"It was incredible. It was the most surreal experience you can ever imagine," he told local broadcaster CBC.
